Privacy

In short

This site does not run third-party analytics. No tracking pixels, no cookie banners because there are no non-essential cookies. Fonts are self-hosted. The only personal data we receive is whatever you choose to put in an email to us.

What we collect

• Server logs — HTTP request lines, response codes, IP addresses, user-agents. Retained for up to 14 days for abuse mitigation, then deleted.
• Email correspondence — if you write to us, the message is retained until the conversation is resolved, plus reasonable follow-up.

What we do not collect

• Behavioural analytics, session replay, ad-network identifiers.
• Third-party cookies. We don't set tracking cookies of any kind.
• Fonts and CSS from external CDNs — everything is served from this origin.

Hosting

leitwacht.eu is served via Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process request metadata for DDoS mitigation under their data processing agreement. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Controller

The data controller is LeitWacht (Pty) Ltd, a South African private company (incorporation pending — name reserved with the CIPC). See the imprint for current operator details and registration status. Contact the controller via hello@leitwacht.eu for any data-protection question or rights request.
